Tickets are personal and issued per attendee. Admission requires the ticket QR code and a matching photo ID. The organizer may decline admission where curation criteria are not met; in that case the ticket price is refunded in full.
Tickets are transferable to a named colleague until 30 November 2026 via the summit desk. Refunds: 100% until 30 September 2026, 50% until 31 October 2026, no refund thereafter. If the event is cancelled by the organizer, tickets are refunded in full.
The organizer may adjust programme, speakers, venue and timings. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.
Travel and accommodation are not included in the ticket price unless expressly stated. Room-block details follow after purchase.
Participation is at your own risk within the limits of applicable law. The organizer may exclude attendees who disrupt the event. Photography and filming take place on site; by attending you consent to reasonable use of event imagery.
